URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...MIXED PRECIPITATION OVERNIGHT INTO FRIDAY MORNING.

.Warm air returning to the area overnight into early Friday will
produce a band of mixed precipitation overnight into Friday
morning before turning to all light rain later Friday morning.
With surface temperatures hovering around the freezing mark,
untreated roads and sidewalks will become slippery.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CDT FRIDAY...

The National Weather Service in Green Bay has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory for mixed precipitation, which is in effect
until 9 AM CDT Friday.

* TIMING...bands of snow mixed with freezing rain and sleet at
  time will move into central Wisconsin and part of and east
  central Wisconsin overnight.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS/PRECIP TYPE...less than one tenth of an inch
  of icy accumulation is expected with up to an inch of snow possible.

* MAIN IMPACT...The mixed precipitation will produce slippery
  roads and sidewalks.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet, or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while
driving. The latest Wisconsin road conditions can be obtained by
calling 511.
