  Waters from Freeport to Matagorda Ship Channel TX from 20 to 60
  NM...
  Waters from High Island to Freeport TX from 20 to 60 NM...

* Until 945 AM CDT.

* At 921 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing winds
  gusts of 34 knots or greater and waterspouts were located along a
  line extending from near High Island A80 to 7 nm northeast of Buoy
  42019, moving southeast at 75 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

  Galveston A122, Galveston A196, Galveston A250, Galveston A171,
  Brazos A85, High Island A457, Buoy 42019, High Island A109, High
