This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Central Kansas,
South Central Kansas and Southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A few isolated or widely scattered thunderstorms are possible this
evening over south-central and southeast Kansas. If storms are able
to form, large hail and damaging winds would be the primary
threats, although an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

There is a chance for strong to marginally severe storms over east-
central and southeast Kansas early to mid-morning Thursday, capable
of dime size hail and 50 to 60 mph winds.

Patchy frost may occur early Sunday across portions of central and
north-central Kansas, as temperatures drop into the low to mid 30s.

Thunderstorm chances may return to the region by early next week,
although it remains too early to speculate on severe weather
chances.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated today or tonight.
