The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northern Dearborn County in southeastern Indiana...
  Southern Franklin County in southeastern Indiana...
  Northern Ripley County in southeastern Indiana...
  Southeastern Butler County in southwestern Ohio...
  Northern Hamilton County in southwestern Ohio...

* Until 1245 AM EDT.

* At 940 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain
  across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have
  fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are
  possible, with total rainfall of 2 to 3 inches expected in these
  areas through the next 1-2 hours. Flash flooding is ongoing or
  expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include...
  Cincinnati, Hamilton, Middletown, Fairfield, Mason, Forest Park,
  Sharonville, Monroe, Blue Ash, Trenton, Franklin, Springdale,
  Reading, Montgomery, Harrison, North College Hill, Madeira,
  Wyoming, Batesville and Mount Healthy.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

submit your report via social media, when you can do so safely.
