.DISCUSSION...
Generally light winds will linger through the weekend, fostering
poor vent rates despite deep mixing. A couple thunderstorms may
develop Sunday afternoon, but most of the area should remain dry
until Monday when chances increase to 60% west of the IL River.
Area-wide thunderstorms, some severe, are expected (75% chance)
late Tuesday as a strong system moves into the region. As
southerly transport winds increase ahead of that system, vent
rates will improve Monday and especially Tuesday.
