...The National Weather Service in Indianapolis IN has issued a
Flood Warning for the following rivers in Indiana...

  Youngs Creek at Amity.

.A radar estimated 2 inches of rain fell near Amity yesterday. This
has lead to minor flooding along Youngs Creek at Amity. The minor
flooding will continue today.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

The next statement should be issued this afternoon by around 445 PM
EDT.

* WHEN...From early this morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 7.0 feet, Youngs Creek at flood stage.  Most low
  areas along creek are flooded.   Approaches to CR 400S bridge over
  Youngs Creek begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:15 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 7.5 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 1:15 AM EDT Wednesday was 7.5 feet.
  - Forecast...No forecast is available for this location.
  - Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
