.DISCUSSION...

High pressure will remain over the area through Thursday. Patchy
fog will lift by mid morning with mostly sunny skies and southeast
winds increasing to 8-12 mph as the Atlantic seabreeze moves over
the site during the mid to late afternoon. Min RH values will range
30-35 percent. Dispersions will be in the good range. Winds will
diminish tonight to 5-10 mph with increasing clouds after midnight
and winds lessening to under 5 mph before dawn. Thursday, winds
will be southerly 5-10 mph with skies becoming mostly sunny and
min RH values in the 30-40 percent range with fair dispersions.
