WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES OVER THE
EASTERN GREAT LAKES WILL CONTINUE TO DRIFT EAST TO NEW ENGLAND
OVERNIGHT. FARTHER WEST...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES OVER THE
EASTERN DAKOTAS WILL MOVE NORTHEAST TO NEAR HUDSON BAY BY FRIDAY
MORNING...THEN CONTINUE EAST INTO QUEBEC THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING
WHILE DEEPENING SLIGHTLY TO 29.6 INCHES. A COLD FRONT TRAILING
THIS LOW WILL MOVE SOUTH ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN FRIDAY NIGHT AS
UNSEASONABLY STRONG HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES BUILDS SOUTH INTO
THE NORTHERN PLAINS. THIS HIGH WILL MOVE EAST ACROSS THE NORTHERN
LAKES THROUGH SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.
