WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES OVER SOUTHERN ONTARIO...
WILL MOVE EAST THIS MORNING AND BECOME ABSORBED BY STRONGER LOW
PRESSURE MOVING NORTH ALONG THE NEW ENGLAND COAST. THIS LOW WILL
DEEPEN TO 29.3 INCHES AS IT SLOWLY LIFTS NORTHEAST TONIGHT AND
THURSDAY. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES EXTENDS FROM MANITOBA TO
THE CENTRAL PLAINS AND WILL SLOWLY BUILD EAST ACROSS THE GREAT
LAKES REGION THURSDAY AND FRIDAY. THIS HIGH WILL CONTINUE SLOWLY
MOVING EAST ACROSS NEW ENGLAND AND THE MID ATLANTIC THIS WEEKEND.
