WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES STRETCHES FROM NEW
ENGLAND INTO THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY THIS MORNING WHILE LOW
PRESSURE 29.8 INCHES LIES OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS. THIS LOW WILL
MOVE OVER THE NORTHERN LAKES REGION TUESDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY
DRAGGING A COLD FRONT ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2
INCHES WILL BUILD OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS TUESDAY NIGHT...THEN
OVER LAKE MICHIGAN BY THURSDAY.
