IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.9 INCHES OVER WESTERN QUEBEC WILL
REACH EASTERN QUEBEC BY WEDNESDAY NIGHT. THE LOWS COLD FRONT IS
OVER THE NORTHERN END OF THE LAKE AND THE FRONT WILL CONTINUE
SOUTH DOWN THE LAKE TONIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES WILL
BUILD FROM WESTERN ONTARIO WEDNESDAY NIGHT ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES
BY FRIDAY MORNING. THIS HIGH WILL THEN SLOWLY MOVE EAST THROUGH
THE WEEKEND. LOW PRESSURE AROUND 29.7 INCHES WILL THEN MOVE FROM
THE CENTRAL PLAINS TO THE UPPER MIDWEST ON OR NEAR LABOR DAY.
