WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES OVER NORTHWESTERN ONTARIO
AND THE UPPER MIDWEST WILL SHIFT EAST TO THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES
TODAY. THIS LOW WILL SHIFT EAST TO THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES WHILE
DRAGGING A COLD FRONT ACROSS THE LAKE TONIGHT...AS HIGH PRESSURE
OF 30.1 INCHES BUILDS ACROSS THE CENTRAL AND NORTHERN PLAINS. THIS
HIGH WILL SHIFT EAST TO THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES TUESDAY AND THEN
CONTINUE EAST ACROSS THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES TUESDAY NIGHT INTO
WEDNESDAY. AS THIS HIGH SHIFTS TO THE EAST WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO
THURSDAY...A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.6 INCHES OVER THE
CENTRAL AND NORTHERN PLAINS WILL MOVE EAST TOWARDS THE WESTERN
GREAT LAKES AND THEN MOVE EAST ACROSS THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES
THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY.
