WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES NEAR THE CANADIAN BORDER
OF MINNESOTA EARLY THIS MORNING WILL MOVE TO THE UPPER PENINSULA
OF MICHIGAN BY LATE THIS EVENING...WEAKENING SLIGHTLY TO 29.5
INCHES AS IT DOES SO. THE LOW WILL THEN DRIFT TO LAKE HURON BY
TUESDAY NIGHT AND THEN TO THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES BY MIDDAY
WEDNESDAY. MEANWHILE STRONG CANADIAN HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.6 INCHES
WILL BUILD INTO THE UPPER MIDWEST FROM SOUTHERN CANADA DURING
MIDWEEK AND TO THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES BY THURSDAY NIGHT AS IT
STARTS TO WEAKEN.
