WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.8 INCHES IS OVER NORTHEASTERN
QUEBEC WITH A TRAILING COLD FRONT STRETCHING SOUTHWEST INTO
THE LOWER OHIO VALLEY. A 30.3 INCH HIGH IS OVER CENTRAL CANADA
WITH A RIDGE AXIS EXTENDING SOUTH THROUGH THE CENTRAL PLAINS. THE
RIDGE IS EXPECTED TO BUILD ACROSS THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES BY
FRIDAY. THE HIGH WILL THEN CONTINUE EAST TO NEW ENGLAND OVER THE
WEEKEND. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES WILL MOVE OUT OF THE
NORTHERN ROCKIES AND INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS BY SATURDAY MORNING.
