IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES OVER THE EASTERN GREAT
LAKES WILL MOVE SOUTHEAST TO NEW ENGLAND BY THIS EVENING. LOW
PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS WILL MOVE ACROSS
THE DAKOTAS AND MINNESOTA INTO WEDNESDAY WHILE A SECOND LOW OF
AROUND 29.7 INCHES OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS MOVES ACROSS SOUTHERN
LAKE MICHIGAN BY EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING. A COLD FRONT WILL CROSS
THE LAKE LATER WEDNESDAY WHILE HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES MOVES
FROM CENTRAL CANADA TO THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES THROUGH LATE WEEK.
