WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.3 INCHES IS MOVING FROM NORTHERN
SASKATCHEWAN INTO ONTARIO. THIS LOW WILL MOVE OVER HUDSON BAY
MONDAY WHILE ANOTHER LOW OF 29.7 INCHES FORMS OVER THE NORTHERN
PLAINS. THE SECOND LOW WILL MOVE ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN TUESDAY
NIGHT DRAGGING A COLD FRONT ACROSS THE LAKE. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3
