IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OF 29.8 INCHES OVER EASTERN
LAKE HURON WILL CONTINUE MOVING EAST ACROSS THE EASTERN GREAT
LAKES. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES WILL BUILD FROM SOUTHERN
CANADA THIS EVENING TO OVER LAKE MICHIGAN ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND
EVENING. LOW PRESSURE OF 30.0 INCHES WILL MOVE ACROSS THE FAR
NORTHERN GREAT LAKES ON SATURDAY DRAGGING A COLD FRONT SOUTHWARD
ACROSS THE LAKE SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND NIGHT. AN EXPANSIVE HIGH
PRESSURE CENTERED OVER THE UPPER MIDWEST AT AROUND 30.7 INCHES ON
SUNDAY WILL SLOWLY BUILD INTO THE GREAT LAKES REGION SUNDAY NIGHT
INTO MONDAY.
