FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure of 29.4 inches is lifting into southern
Quebec this afternoon. High pressure of 30.5 inches is over the
Great Plains this afternoon and will shift east across the Ohio
Valley Monday then move to the mid Atlantic Coast Tuesday and
Wednesday where it will remain through Friday. Meanwhile, low
pressure of 29.4 inches will move across northern Manitoba Monday
evening to northern Quebec Tuesday night. A second low of of 29.6
inches will take a similar track across northern Manitoba
Wednesday to northern Quebec Thursday.
