WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES CENTERED OVER THE MID
ATLANTIC COAST WILL SHIFT EAST INTO THE ATLANTIC TODAY. LOW
PRESSURE OF 29.8 INCHES OVER KANSAS WILL LIFT TO LAKE MICHIGAN BY
LATE TONIGHT THEN FILL AS SHIFTS INTO THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES
TUESDAY NIGHT. A 30.2 INCH HIGH WILL BUILD ACROSS THE LOWER AND
MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY TUESDAY NIGHT AND WILL SHIFT TO THE MID
ATLANTIC COAST THURSDAY. A BROAD TROUGH AVERAGING 29.8 INCHES WILL
DEVELOP OVER THE CENTRAL AND NORTHERN PLAINS WEDNESDAY THROUGH
FRIDAY.
