IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES OVER ST. LAWRENCE VALLEY
WILL MOVE TO EASTERN QUEBEC AND REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY THROUGH
SUNDAY...WHILE HIGH PRESSURE RIDGING OF 30.2 INCHES STRETCHING
FROM WESTERN ONTARIO TO THE CENTRAL PLAINS MOVES EAST TO THE GREAT
LAKES AND LOWER OHIO VALLEY. THE CENTER OF THIS HIGH WILL MOVE
EAST TO THE MID ATLANTIC COAST SUNDAY NIGHT...WHILE ANOTHER LOW OF
29.7 INCHES DEVELOPS OVER MANITOBA AND MOVES SOUTHEAST TO THE
WESTERN GREAT LAKES BY MONDAY MORNING. THE LOW WILL FILL SLIGHTLY
TO 29.9 INCHES AS IT MOVES TO THE EASTERN LAKES MONDAY...AND TO
THE MID ATLANTIC COAST ON TUESDAY. MEANWHILE...HIGH PRESSURE OF
30.4 INCHES WILL BUILD EAST ACROSS ONTARIO AND QUEBEC THROUGH MID
WEEK...WITH SLIGHTLY WEAKER RIDGING EXTENDING ACROSS THE WESTERN
