FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE MICHIGAN.

WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.5 INCH LOW IS OVER SOUTHEAST ONTARIO WHILE A
30.3 INCH HIGH STRETCHES FROM THE NORTHERN PLAINS THROUGH FLORIDA.
THE LOW WILL WEAKEN AS IT MOVES EAST TODAY WHILE THE HIGH
STRENGTHENS TO 30.5 INCHES AND MOVES OVER THE MID OHIO VALLEY
FRIDAY MORNING. ANOTHER LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OF 29.4 INCHES IS OVER
NORTHERN MANITOBA FRIDAY AND IT SHIFTS OVER HUDSON BAY SATURDAY.
THE HIGH MEANDERS OVER THE ATLANTIC SATURDAY EVENING. A DOUBLE
BARREL LOW FORMS OVER THE PLAINS SUNDAY WITH A NORTHERN PRESSURE
CENTER OF 29.3 INCHES OVER SOUTHERN SASKATCHEWAN...AND A SECOND
PRESSURE CENTER OF 29.4 INCHES OVER THE ARKLATEX REGION. THE TWO
LOWS MERGE OVER NORTHERN ILLINOIS AT 29.0 INCHES SUNDAY EVENING.
THE LOW DEEPENS TO 28.8 INCHES MONDAY AS IT SLIDES NORTH UP THE
LAKE...AND THEN CONTINUES TO OVER QUEBEC TUESDAY.
