WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.2 INCHES IS MOVING
EAST ACROSS THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES TODAY. A 29.6 INCH LOW OVER
WYOMING WILL MOVE TO WISCONSIN MIDDAY TUESDAY THEN LIFT TO JAMES
BAY EARLY WEDNESDAY. ANOTHER TROUGH OF 29.9 INCHES WILL SET UP
FROM THE CENTRAL PLAINS INTO THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES WEDNESDAY.
THE TROUGH WILL CONSOLIDATE OVER QUEBEC THURSDAY NIGHT AS A STRONG
30.9 INCH HIGH BUILDS INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS. THE HIGH WILL
SHIFT ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY.
