FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure of 30.8 inches over New England
will push offshore tonight. Low pressure of 29.6 inches will move
across the upper Great Lakes Wednesday night into Thursday
morning...with a trailing cold front moving across the lake
Thursday. Low pressure of 29.6 inches will develop along this
front, just south of the lake, on Thursday and quickly move to
New England by Friday morning. Another strong high pressure of
30.6 inches will build across the Plains Thursday night and
Friday. The high is then expected to build across the southern
Great Lakes area Friday night and move off the New England coast
on Saturday.

in the morning...then increasing to 30 kt late in the afternoon.
Freezing spray in the morning. Waves 6 to 9 ft occasionally to 12
ft.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds to 30 kt diminishing to 15 to
25 kt. Waves 7 to 10 ft occasionally to 13 ft.
.THURSDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 20 kt becoming west. Waves 7 to
10 ft occasionally to 13 ft.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 10 to 20 kt increasing to 15 to
25 kt. Heavy freezing spray overnight. Chance of snow overnight.
Waves 6 to 9 ft occasionally to 12 ft.
.FRIDAY...Northwest winds 15 to 25 kt diminishing to 10 to 20 kt.
Chance of snow in the morning. Waves 6 to 9 ft occasionally to
