WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.9 INCHES OVER THE UPPER OHIO RIVER
VALLEY WILL CONSOLIDATE WITH AN EAST COAST LOW OVER THE MID-
ATLANTIC THIS AFTERNOON INTO TONIGHT. MEANWHILE...HIGH PRESSURE OF
30.2 INCHES CENTERED ACROSS MINNESOTA AND IOWA TODAY AND TONIGHT
WILL SHIFT SLOWLY EASTWARD ON SUNDAY. THIS HIGH WILL EASE EAST OF
LAKE MICHIGAN BY MONDAY MORNING WHILE LOW PRESSURE OF 29.3 INCHES
DEVELOPS ACROSS THE SOUTHERN CANADIAN PRAIRIES. THIS LOW WILL
SLOWLY MOVE EAST AND WEAKEN WHILE LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES
DEVELOPS ACROSS THE CENTRAL PLAINS BY TUESDAY NIGHT.
