WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.2 INCH HIGH IS OVER EASTERN ONTARIO WHILE A WEAK
29.9 INCH LOW IS OVER SOUTHEAST INDIANA. THE LOW WILL WEAKEN AND
SHIFT SOUTHEAST WHILE A SECOND WEAK LOW OF 30.0 INCHES PASSES OVER
NORTHERN ILLINOIS WEDNESDAY MORNING. HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.5
INCHES SPREADS OVER THE REGION THURSDAY MORNING AND SINKS SOUTH OF
THE LAKE FRIDAY AFTERNOON. A 29.4 INCH LOW MOVES OVER NORTHERN
ONTARIO FRIDAY MORNING AND DEEPENS TO 29.3 INCHES AS IT ARRIVES
OVER EASTERN QUEBEC FRIDAY EVENING. THE LOWS COLD FRONT SWINGS
OVER THE LAKE FRIDAY NIGHT THEN A 30.0 INCH HIGH MOVES IN BEHIND
THE COLD FRONT. FINALLY A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM SHIFTS FROM
SASKATCHEWAN TO ILLINOIS SUNDAY.
