WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES IS CENTERED OVER THE OHIO
VALLEY THIS EVENING. MEANWHILE...A NORTHERN LOW IS ENTERING
MINNESOTA AT 29.7 INCHES AND A SOUTHERN LOW OF 29.5 INCHES IS OVER
THE OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE. THE NORTHERN LOW WILL MOVE OVER LAKE
SUPERIOR MONDAY AND GRADUALLY WEAKEN AS THE SOUTHERN LOW LIFTS
ACROSS THE MID MISSOURI VALLEY...THEN ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN LATE
MONDAY NIGHT AND EARLY TUESDAY. THE LOW WILL CONTINUE TO NEW
ENGLAND WEDNESDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES BUILDS SOUTH
ACROSS THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES INTO THE PLAINS STATES. THE HIGH WILL
SLOWLY SHIFT TO THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES BY FRIDAY.
