WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES IS CENTERED OVER LAKE
ONTARIO WILL MOVE OFF THE NEW ENGLAND COAST FRIDAY MORNING. LOW
PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES OVER WESTERN ONTARIO WILL MOVE EAST TO
HUDSON BAY FRIDAY. AS THE LOW TRACKS OVER HUDSON BAY...AN
ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT WILL PUSH SOUTH DOWN LAKE MICHIGAN FRIDAY
NIGHT INTO SATURDAY MORNING. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.6 INCHES WILL
THEN BUILD OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS AND WESTERN GREAT LAKES OVER
THE WEEKEND.
