IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES OVER NORTHWEST ONTARIO
THIS MORNING...WILL MOVE TO THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES LATE TONIGHT
INTO WEDNESDAY. THE LOW WILL MERGE WITH ANOTHER LOW OFF THE NEW
ENGLAND COAST ON WEDNESDAY AND DEEPEN TO 28.7 INCHES THURSDAY AS
IT LIFTS ACROSS THE CANADIAN MARITIME PROVINCES. MEANWHILE...A
RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.0 INCHES WILL MOVE FROM
MANITOBA TODAY TO THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES EARLY THURSDAY...THEN
TO THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES FRIDAY. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.3 INCHES
WILL MOVE ACROSS SASKATCHEWAN FRIDAY TO JAMES BAY SATURDAY
EVENING.
