WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...30.2 INCH HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE EAST COAST TODAY WILL MOVE
OFF THE ATLANTIC COAST MONDAY. A 29.2 INCH LOW ACROSS THE CENTRAL
PLAINS WILL DEEPEN TO 28.8 INCHES AS IT TRACKS TO THE EASTERN
DAKOTAS TONIGHT. THE LOW WILL REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY THROUGH
EARLY TUESDAY MORNING AND SLOWLY FILL TO 29.0 INCHES. THE LOW WILL
THEN SLOWLY DRIFT EAST TO THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY TUESDAY
EVENING. AN ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN
TUESDAY MORNING. THE LOW WILL CONTINUE TO SLOWLY WEAKEN AND SHIFT
EAST ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES WEDNESDAY AND EAST TO QUEBEC
LATE IN THE WEEK.
