WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES OVER THE EASTERN LAKES
WILL SLOWLY LIFT NORTHEAST AND CONSOLIDATE TO A LARGER HIGH
PRESSURE CENTERED OVER NORTHWEST ONTARIO LATE THURSDAY. MEANWHILE
AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.8 INCHES WILL DEVELOP OVER
THE CENTRAL PLAINS WEDNESDAY...WITH A WARM FRONT EXTENDING EAST
ACROSS THE NORTHERN HALF OF LAKE MICHIGAN. THIS FRONTAL BOUNDARY
WILL MEANDER OVER LAKE MICHIGAN FROM NORTH TO SOUTH THROUGH
LATE THURSDAY BEFORE SHIFTING SOUTH AS HIGH PRESSURE OVER ONTARIO
BEGINS TO DRIFT SOUTHEAST ACROSS LOWER MICHIGAN BY SATURDAY.
