WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES CENTERED FROM NEAR JAMES
BAY TO NORTHERN QUEBEC WILL MERGE WITH LOW PRESSURE MOVING
NORTHEAST ACROSS NEW ENGLAND ON WEDNESDAY. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.0
INCHES WILL BUILD OVER LAKE MICHIGAN TONIGHT AND REMAIN THE
PREVAILING FEATURE OVER THE REGION THROUGH EARLY FRIDAY. LOW
PRESSURE AROUND 29.5 INCHES IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER THE
NORTHERN PLAINS ON THURSDAY. THIS LOW IS EXPECTED TO TRACK
NORTHEAST TOWARD JAMES BAY BY SATURDAY. A COLD FRONT TRAILING FROM
THIS LOW SHOULD SWEEP ACROSS THE LAKE ON SATURDAY OR SATURDAY
NIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.0 INCHES WILL SPREAD BACK ACROSS THE
GREAT LAKES REGION BEHIND THE FRONT ON SUNDAY.
