FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE MICHIGAN.

WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES NEAR LAKE HURON WILL MOVE
NORTHEAST INTO SOUTHWEST QUEBEC THIS EVENING. THE LOW WILL
CONTINUE TO TRACK NORTHEAST INTO CENTRAL QUEBEC WEDNESDAY...AS
HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES GRADUALLY WEAKENS TO 30.0 INCHES AND
SPREADS ACROSS THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY. THE HIGH WILL THEN
BUILD SLIGHTLY TO 30.1 INCHES AS IT DRIFTS EAST ACROSS THE OHIO
VALLEY AND SOUTHERN GREAT LAKES REGION WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND
THURSDAY...AND TO 30.2 INCHES BY EARLY FRIDAY AS IT MOVES ACROSS
THE NORTHERN APPALACHIANS AND SOUTHERN NEW ENGLAND. WEAKER RIDGING
OF 30.1 INCHES WILL EXTEND WEST ACROSS THE SOUTHERN LAKES
FRIDAY...WHILE LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES PASS ACROSS FAR
NORTHWEST ONTARIO AND HUDSON BAY.
