WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES STRETCHES FROM LAKE
SUPERIOR INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS. THE HIGH WILL SHIFT SOUTH TO THE
ARKLATEX ON FRIDAY. MEANWHILE...ANOTHER LOW OF 29.6 INCHES OVER
MANITOBA WILL MOVE TO QUEBEC LATE FRIDAY NIGHT...WITH A TRAILING
COLD FRONT MOVING ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN INTO EARLY SATURDAY. A 30.0
INCH HIGH WILL BUILD ACROSS THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES OVER THE WEEKEND
THEN MOVE INTO THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES ON SUNDAY. THE HIGH WILL
MOVE TO THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES EARLY NEXT WEEK WHILE LOW PRESSURE
OF 29.3 INCHES EJECTS NORTHEAST FROM THE SOUTHERN PLAINS.
