WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...AN AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.5 INCHES ACROSS
NORTHERN MANITOBA TO HUDSON BAY WILL REMAIN STATIONARY FOR THE
NEXT FEW DAYS AND THEN DRIFT EAST OVER QUEBEC EARLY NEXT WEEK. A
29.7 INCH LOW OVER CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN ILLINOIS WILL MOVE TO THE
CENTRAL ATLANTIC COAST BY FRIDAY. BROAD HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING
30.2 INCHES WILL SPREAD OVER THE LAKE FRIDAY WHILE LOW PRESSURE
AVERAGING 29.6 INCHES FORMS OVER THE PLAINS FRIDAY NIGHT INTO
SATURDAY. THE LOW WILL MOVE TO THE OHIO VALLEY ON SUNDAY AND THE
NORTHEAST COAST ON MONDAY WHILE WEAKENING TO 29.7 INCHES.
