WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...THE 29.5 INCH LOW OVER ONTARIO WILL MOVE TO JAMES BAY
BY THIS EVENING...THEN REACH NORTHERN QUEBEC THURSDAY. A RIDGE OF
HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.5 INCHES IS BUILDING THROUGH THE
NORTHERN AND CENTRAL PLAINS. THE RIDGE WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE OHIO
VALLEY AND THROUGH THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY BY THIS EVENING.
THE RIDGE WILL SPREAD EAST TO THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES FRIDAY WHILE
INCREASING TO 30.7 INCHES. THE HIGH WILL CONTINUE TO BUILD EAST TO
THE MID ATLANTIC REGION BY SATURDAY EVENING AS LOW OF 29.8 INCHES
FORMS OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS.
