FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE MICHIGAN.

WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A WEAK SURFACE TROUGH HAS CLEARED LAKE MICHIGAN THIS
AFTERNOON. WEAK HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES ACROSS THE NORTHERN
PLAINS WILL SLOWLY DRIFT TOWARD THE GREAT LAKES THE NEXT FEW DAYS.
MEANWHILE BROAD LOW PRESSURE OF 29.8 INCHES ACROSS EASTERN ONTARIO
WILL MOVE LITTLE THROUGH THURSDAY BEFORE DEPARTING NORTHEAST INTO
QUEBEC THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY. AS THIS OCCURS...A WEAK SURFACE
LOW OF 29.9 INCHES WILL DRIFT ACROSS THE LAKE. WEAK LOW PRESSURE
OF 30.1 INCHES WILL DEVELOP OVER THE FAR EASTERN LAKES ON FRIDAY
NIGHT INTO SATURDAY WHILE ANOTHER WEAK COLD FRONT PUSHES SOUTHWARD
ACROSS THE LAKE. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES WILL DEVELOP OVER
THE GREAT LAKES SATURDAY NIGHT AND PERSIST THROUGH THE END OF THE
WEEKEND INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK.
