IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.6 INCH LOW IS OVER EASTERN ONTARIO WHICH WILL
DEEPEN TO 29.5 INCHES AS IT MOVES OVER CENTRAL QUEBEC THURSDAY
MORNING. A SECOND 29.7 INCH LOW IS OVER THE TEXAS PANHANDLE AND IT
WILL PASS OVER THE OHIO VALLEY THURSDAY MORNING BEFORE REACHING
NEW ENGLAND AROUND 29.5 INCHES THURSDAY EVENING. A 30.5 INCH HIGH
ARRIVES OVER SOUTHERN MANITOBA THURSDAY EVENING AND IT SHIFTS OVER
THE WESTERN LAKES FRIDAY EVENING AT 30.3 INCHES. THE HIGH SHIFTS
SOUTHEAST SATURDAY NIGHT WHILE THE NEXT LOW AVERAGING 29.2 INCHES
PASSES OVER SOUTHERN ONTARIO SUNDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHT.
