WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES OVER IOWA WILL MOVE TO THE
UPPER MIDWEST BY THIS AFTERNOON. A WARM FRONT EXTENDING FROM THIS
LOW WILL MOVE NORTH ACROSS THE LAKE TODAY. ANOTHER STRONGER LOW
OF 29.3 INCHES WILL DEVELOP OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS SATURDAY
NIGHT AND DEEPEN TO 29.2 INCHES AS IT REACHES THE MID ATLANTIC
COAST MONDAY. A WEAK HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE AROUND 29.6 INCHES WILL
MOVE OVER THE LAKE TUESDAY.
