WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 28.9 INCHES WILL DEEPEN TO 28.6
INCHES AS IT LIFTS FROM SOUTHWESTERN ONTARIO EARLY THIS MORNING TO
NORTH CENTRAL QUEBEC BY EVENING. FARTHER SOUTH...HIGH PRESSURE OF
30.3 INCHES OVER THE GULF OF MEXICO WILL MOVE NORTHEAST ACROSS THE
SOUTHEASTERN STATES AND SOUTHERN APPALACHIANS...WITH WEAKER
RIDGING AVERAGING 29.9 INCHES EXTENDING NORTH AND CROSSING LAKE
MICHIGAN THIS MORNING. THE HIGH WILL MOVE TO THE MID ATLANTIC
COAST ON FRIDAY...WHILE A WEAK COLD FRONTAL TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE
TRAILS FROM LAKE SUPERIOR TO THE TEXAS PANHANDLE. A SURFACE LOW OF
29.9 INCHES WILL DEVELOP ALONG THE FRONT AND MOVE ACROSS CENTRAL
LAKE MICHIGAN SATURDAY...DEEPENING TO 29.7 INCHES AS IT ALSO MOVES
INTO QUEBEC BY EVENING AND DRAGS THE COLD FRONT SOUTHEAST OF THE
LAKE. WEAK HIGH PRESSURE RIDING OF 30.2 INCHES WILL MOVE ACROSS
THE SOUTHERN LAKES SUNDAY...WHILE ANOTHER WEAK TROUGH SAGS ACROSS
THE LAKE FROM THE NORTH. THIS TROUGH AND ITS COLD FRONT WILL MOVE
SOUTH OF THE LAKE BY MONDAY...AS STRONG CANADIAN HIGH PRESSURE OF
31.2 INCHES SPREADS SOUTHEAST INTO THE NORTHERN HIGH PLAINS.
