WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES OVER SOUTHWEST QUEBEC
WILL DEEPEN TO 29.3 INCHES AS IT MOVES NORTHEAST THROUGH QUEBEC
TONIGHT. A TRAILING COLD FRONT WILL CLEAR SOUTHERN LAKE MICHIGAN
OVERNIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES WILL BUILD ACROSS THE
UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY AND WESTERN GREAT LAKES WEDNESDAY...WITH
THE CENTER OF THE HIGH REACHING THE SOUTHERN LAKE MICHIGAN
THURSDAY EVENING. THE HIGH PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD
SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY THURSDAY NIGHT WHILE A TROUGH OF
LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.5 INCHES DEVELOPS OVER THE NORTHERN
PLAINS. THE TROUGH AND AN ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT IS EXPECTED TO
SWEEP ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN ON SATURDAY.
