WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES ACROSS CENTRAL ONTARIO
WILL MOVE TO NORTHWEST QUEBEC BY LATE MONDAY NIGHT. THIS WILL
SHIFT A COLD FRONT ACROSS THE LAKE THIS EVENING. HIGH PRESSURE OF
30.1 INCHES WILL THEN BUILD ACROSS THE LOWER GREAT LAKES ON MONDAY
NIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY. LOW PRESSURE AROUND 29.6 INCHES WILL
DEVELOP OVER THE MID-MISSISSIPPI VALLEY TO LOWER GREAT LAKES
REGION ON THURSDAY.
