IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES OVER INDIANA WILL MOVE
TO THE MID ATLANTIC STATES TONIGHT. MEANWHILE...LOW PRESSURE OF
29.6 INCHES OVER ONTARIO WILL MOVE QUICKLY INTO THE UPPER GREAT
LAKES REGION TONIGHT...THEN SLOW DOWN AND MOVE SLOWLY OFF THE
MID ATLANTIC COAST BY TUESDAY EVENING. WEAK HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1
INCHES TRAILING THIS LOW OVER MANITOBA MONDAY MORNING WILL SLOWLY
STRENGTHEN TO 30.4 INCHES AS IT MOVES ACROSS ONTARIO AND INTO
QUEBEC BY TUESDAY NIGHT. A RIDGE AXIS AVERAGING 30.3 INCHES WILL
EXTEND SOUTHWEST FROM THIS HIGH ACROSS THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES
TUESDAY THROUGH MUCH OF THE REMAINDER OF THE WORK WEEK.
