FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure of 30.1 inches centered on the Great
Lakes will move to the eastern seaboard by Wednesday night.
Meanwhile, low pressure of 29.7 inches will take shape across the
central Plains on Wednesday and move to northern Lake Michigan by
late in the day Thursday, deepening to 29.5 inches as it does.
This will swing a cold front across the lake during Thursday. The
low will continue onto southern Ontario on Friday with weak high
pressure of 29.9 inches spreading over the lake on the weekend.

.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...East winds 10 to 20 kt becoming southeast
20 to 25 kt. Chance of showers and thunderstorms overnight. Waves
2 to 4 ft building to 3 to 5 ft.
.THURSDAY...Southeast winds 20 to 25 kt becoming south 15 to 25 kt.
Showers likely with a chance of thunderstorms. Waves 4 to 6 ft
occasionally to 8 ft.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds 10 to 20 kt becoming west 15 to
25 kt. Chance of showers and thunderstorms in the evening...then
chance of showers overnight. Waves 3 to 5 ft.
