WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.6 INCHES WAS CENTERED NEAR JAMES
BAY EARLY THIS MORNING...WITH WEAKER RIDGING OF 30.5 INCHES
EXTENDING SOUTH ACROSS THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES. THIS RIDGE WILL
MOVE EAST TODAY...AS AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES
OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS AND SOUTHERN CANADIAN PRAIRIES
CONSOLIDATES NORTH OF THE BORDER NEAR LAKE WINNIPEG BY THIS
AFTERNOON. THE LOW WILL LIFT NORTHEAST ACROSS FAR NORTHERN ONTARIO
TONIGHT...WITH SOUTHERLY WINDS INCREASING ACROSS THE WESTERN LAKES
AS THE GRADIENT TIGHTENS SOUTH OF THE LOW. THE LOW WILL FILL TO
29.8 INCHES SUNDAY WHILE MOVING TO JAMES BAY...TRAILING A COLD
FRONT SOUTHWEST ACROSS NORTHERN LAKE MICHIGAN AND THE UPPER
MISSISSIPPI VALLEY. A WEAKER LOW PRESSURE WAVE OF 29.9 INCHES WILL
PROPAGATE NORTHEAST ALONG THE COLD FRONT SUNDAY NIGHT...CROSSING
LAKE MICHIGAN MIDDAY MONDAY AND PULLING THE COLD FRONT EAST OF THE
LAKE BY EVENING. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES WILL THEN SPREAD
FROM THE NORTHERN PLAINS TO THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES TUESDAY AND
TUESDAY NIGHT.
