FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE MICHIGAN.

WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS, WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.7 INCH LOW OVER IOWA WILL SHIFT EASTWARD INTO
SOUTHERN WISCONSIN BY DAYBREAK THURSDAY. AS THIS OCCURS...AN
ASSOCIATED WARM FRONT WILL LIFT NORTH OVER THE LAKE LATE TONIGHT.
THE SURFACE LOW WILL THEN PASS OVER CENTRAL AND NORTHERN LAKE
MICHIGAN DURING THE DAY ON THURSDAY...WHILE DRAGGING A COLD FRONT
ACROSS THE LAKE. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES WILL SPREAD ACROSS
THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL PLAINS THURSDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHT AND
THEN BUILD ACROSS THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY AND WESTERN GREAT
LAKES FRIDAY.
