WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES IS CENTERED OVER THE
CENTRAL PLAINS AND STRETCHES OVER SOUTHERN LAKE MICHIGAN. LOW
PRESSURE OF 29.2 INCHES LIES OVER THE CANADIAN MARITIMES THIS
AFTERNOON WITH TROUGHING STRETCHING WEST ACROSS ONTARIO. THE
TROUGH WILL CONTINUE TO SLOWLY SLIDE SOUTH REACHING NORTHERN LAKE
MICHIGAN EARLY ON THURSDAY...THEN CLEAR THE SOUTH END OF LAKE
MICHIGAN BY EARLY FRIDAY. A 30.3 INCH HIGH WILL BUILD OVER THE
WESTERN LAKES FRIDAY...THEN MOVE TO THE MID ATLANTIC COAST
SATURDAY AS A 29.7 INCH LOW DEVELOPS OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS.
