FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE MICHIGAN.

WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.5 INCH HIGH CENTERED OVER THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI
VALLEY WILL MOVE INTO THE OHIO VALLEY TODAY. A LOW OF 29.4 INCHES
OVER NORTHERN MANITOBA THIS MORNING WILL MOVE TO HUDSON BAY
SATURDAY. THE OHIO VALLEY HIGH MEANDERS INTO THE ATLANTIC SATURDAY
EVENING. A DOUBLE BARREL LOW FORMS OVER THE PLAINS SUNDAY WITH A
NORTHERN PRESSURE CENTER OF 29.3 INCHES OVER SOUTHERN
SASKATCHEWAN...AND A SECOND PRESSURE CENTER OF 29.4 INCHES OVER
THE SOUTHERN PLAINS REGION. THE TWO LOWS WILL CONSOLIDATE OVER
NORTHERN ILLINOIS AT 29.0 INCHES SUNDAY EVENING. THE LOW DEEPENS
TO 28.8 INCHES MONDAY AS IT SLIDES NORTH UP THE LAKE...AND THEN
CONTINUES INTO QUEBEC TUESDAY.
