WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 28.8 INCH REMAINS OVER HUDSON BAY...
WITH A TRAILING COLD FRONT EXTENDING THROUGH THE CENTRAL GREAT
LAKES TO THE SOUTHER PLAINS. WHILE THE MAIN LOW WILL REMAIN NEARLY
STATIONARY, THE COLD FRONT WILL PUSH SOUTH INTO THE OHIO VALLEY BY
TOMORROW AFTERNOON AS ANOTHER WEAK LOW OF 29.8 INCHES APPROACHES
LAKE SUPERIOR AND STRONG HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.6 INCHES BUILDS IN
THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL PLAINS. THE HIGH WILL BUILD
EAST...BECOMING CENTERED OVER THE GREAT LAKES BY FRIDAY EVENING AT
30.9 INCHES. THE CENTER OF THE HIGH WILL PUSH EAST TO NEW ENGLAND
BY SATURDAY AFTERNOON...BUT A RIDGE AXIS WILL STILL EXTEND WEST
ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES...KEEPING HIGH PRESSURE THE DOMINANT
FEATURE OVER THE LAKES INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK. LOW PRESSURE OF OF
29.7 INCHES IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER THE SOUTH HIGH PLAINS BY
SUNDAY NIGHT AND THEN SLOWLY LIFT NORTHEAST TO THE MIDDLE
MISSISSIPPI VALLEY BY MONDAY NIGHT OT TUESDAY MORNING. THE LOW
MAY TRACK ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN TUESDAY AFTERNOON OR EVENING.
