IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.7 INCH LOW IS CURRENTLY MOVING ACROSS THE SOUTHERN
TIP OF LAKE MICHIGAN...WHILE A SECOND 29.4 INCH LOW IS OVER THE
OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE. A FRONTAL BOUNDARY EXTENDS FROM THESE TWO LOWS.
THE OKLAHOMA LOW WILL TREK NORTHEASTWARD OVER THE SOUTHERN END
OF THE LAKE OVERNIGHT...THEN CONTINUE NORTHEASTWARD ACROSS WESTERN
QUEBEC BY MONDAY MORNING. A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.2
INCHES PASSES OVER THE LAKE TUESDAY EVENING AND NIGHT. THE NEXT
LOW BEGINS OVER SOUTHERN ALBERTA MONDAY NIGHT...AND DEEPENS TO
29.5 INCHES AS IT MOVES THE PLAINS TUESDAY EVENING. THIS LOW
IS EXPECTED TO MOVE ACROSS THE LAKES REGION LATER IN THE WEEK.
