WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A BROAD TROUGH OF 29.8 INCHES SPANS FROM NORTH CENTRAL
QUEBEC THROUGH ILLINOIS WHILE HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.0 INCHES LIES
OVER NORTHERN MANITOBA AND ONTARIO. A CLOSED SURFACE LOW OF 29.8
INCHES WILL FORM OVER MICHIGAN THIS AFTERNOON AND THEN LIFT
NORTHEAST INTO QUEBEC...DEEPENING TO 29.6 INCHES THURSDAY.
MEANWHILE...THE HIGH WILL BUILD SOUTH ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES
INCLUDING LAKE MICHIGAN STARTING THURSDAY WHERE IT WILL REMAIN
THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK.
