IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES OVER NORTHEASTERN ONTARIO
WILL MOVE INTO QUEBEC THIS EVENING...AS A TRAILING COLD FRONT
CONTINUES TO SAG SOUTHEAST FROM THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES THROUGH
NORTHERN INDIANA AND INTO CENTRAL ILLINOIS. A WEAKER LOW OF 29.6
INCHES WAS DEVELOPING NEAR THE MINNESOTA CANADIAN BORDER...AND
THIS LOW WILL TRACK SOUTHEAST OVERNIGHT...DEEPENING JUST SLIGHTLY
TO 29.5 INCHES AS IT CURVES EAST AND MOVES TO LAKE HURON BY MIDDAY
TUESDAY. THIS LOW WILL EVENTUALLY COMBINE WITH THE FIRST ONE OVER
SOUTHERN QUEBEC TUESDAY NIGHT...BEFORE LIFTING NORTH INTO CENTRAL
QUEBEC ON WEDNESDAY. ANOTHER WEAK COLD FRONTAL TROUGH WILL CROSS
LAKE MICHIGAN THROUGH EARLY WEDNESDAY...BEFORE HIGH PRESSURE
AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES SPREADS EAST FROM THE MID MISSOURI VALLEY TO
THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY. THE
HIGH WILL BUILD SLIGHTLY TO 30.2 INCHES AS IT DRIFTS EAST ACROSS
