IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES LIES OVER QUEBEC WITH A
COLD FRONT EXTENDING SOUTHWEST ACROSS THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES
INTO SOUTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES LIES
OVER THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES EXTENDING SOUTH INTO THE NORTHERN
PLAINS. THE LOW WILL LIFT ACROSS THE CANADIAN MARITIMES TODAY
WHILE THE HIGH WILL BEGIN BUILDING OVER LAKE MICHIGAN BY LATE
TONIGHT...AND THEN MOVE TO THE SOUTH OF LAKE MICHIGAN BY THURSDAY
NIGHT. MEANWHILE...ANOTHER LOW OF 29.4 INCHES WILL MOVE ACROSS THE
CANADIAN PRAIRIES THURSDAY NIGHT...WEAKENING TO 29.7 INCHES
SATURDAY AS IT DRIFTS OVER THE NORTHERN LAKES...THEN SPREADS INTO
THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES ON SUNDAY.
