IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.2 INCH HIGH OVER THE OHIO VALLEY WILL WEAKEN TO
30.1 INCHES AS IT REACHES THE ATLANTIC COAST THURSDAY AFTERNOON. A
WEAK LOW AVERAGING 29.9 INCHES WILL MOVE UP THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER
THURSDAY AND THEN DISSIPATE OVER THE LAKE FRIDAY MORNING. ANOTHER
LOW IS FORECAST TO FORM OVER THE PLAINS FRIDAY NIGHT AND REACH
MINNESOTA AT 29.5 INCHES SATURDAY NIGHT. ANOTHER STRONGER LOW OF
29.3 INCHES FORMS OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS SATURDAY NIGHT AND
DEEPENS TO 29.2 INCHES AS IT REACHES THE MID ATLANTIC COAST
