WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES STRETCHES FROM THE
ATLANTIC SEABOARD TO THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES WHILE A 29.7 INCH LOW IS
OVER THE DAKOTAS. THE LOW WILL MOVE OVER LAKE SUPERIOR ON
TUESDAY...DRAGGING A COLD FRONT ACROSS THE LAKE TUESDAY EVENING.
THE LOW WILL DEEPEN TO 29.2 INCHES AS IT MOVES OVER NEWFOUNDLAND
WEDNESDAY EVENING. MEANWHILE...HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.2
INCHES OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE WESTERN
LAKES WEDNESDAY NIGHT. THIS HIGH WILL THEN SLOWLY WEAKEN AND
SHIFT SOUTHEAST THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT.
