FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE MICHIGAN.

WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS, WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES OVER NORTHERN QUEBEC WILL
CONTINUE TO SHIFT TO THE EAST THIS EVENING WHILE A COLD FRONT
GRADUALLY SURGES SOUTH DOWN THE LAKE. THE FRONT IS EXPECTED TO
STALL OUT JUST SOUTH OF THE LAKE LATE TONIGHT. DEVELOPING LOW
PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS WILL SLOWLY MOVE
EAST TONIGHT...REACHING THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY SATURDAY
AFTERNOON WHILE WEAKENING TO 29.7 INCHES. THIS LOW WILL VERY
SLOWLY TRACK NORTHEAST ACROSS NORTHERN ILLINOIS ON SUNDAY AND
CENTRAL LAKE MICHIGAN SUNDAY NIGHT. A SECOND AREA OF LOW PRESSURE
OF 29.6 INCHES IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER THE SOUTH HIGH PLAINS
SUNDAY MORNING TRACK EAST TO THE MIDDLE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY MONDAY
