FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE MICHIGAN.

WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.6 AND CENTERED JUST SOUTH
OF THE LAKE WILL SHIFT EAST TONIGHT INTO THURSDAY AND MERGE WITH
ANOTHER LOW LIFTING ALONG THE ATLANTIC COAST.  FOLLOWING THE
PASSAGE OF WEAK SURFACE RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE ON
THURSDAY...ANOTHER AREA OF LOW PRESSURE AROUND 29.3 INCHES IS
EXPECTED TO SHIFT ACROSS THE DAKOTAS TO NEAR LAKE SUPERIOR BY
THURSDAY NIGHT. BY FRIDAY THIS NEW AREA OF LOW PRESSURE IS
FORECAST TO MERGE WITH THE REMNANTS OF THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES LOW
OVER ONTARIO. AS THIS OCCURS...THE LOW IS FORECAST TO DEEPEN TO
AROUND 29.1 INCHES...WHILE MOVING JUST EAST OF JAMES BAY FRIDAY
NIGHT INTO SATURDAY.
