WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...THE 28.9 INCH LOW OVER EASTERN ONTARIO WILL MOVE OVER
HUDSON BAY THIS MORNING. A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.7
INCHES WILL EXTEND FROM MICHIGAN THROUGH THE SOUTHERN PLAINS THIS
EVENING. THE TROUGH WILL SHIFT OVER THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES BY
THURSDAY MORNING AND REACH EASTERN QUEBEC THURSDAY NIGHT.
MEANWHILE...A 29.4 LOW WILL TRAVEL ACROSS SOUTHERN CANADA
WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY...AND THEN WEAKEN AND MERGE WITH THE
AFOREMENTIONED LOW PRESSURE TROUGH OVER QUEBEC. THE LOWS COLD
FRONT WILL SWEEP ACROSS THE LAKE THURSDAY EVENING. A LARGE 30.8
INCH HIGH BUILDS OVER THE PLAINS THURSDAY NIGHT AND SPREADS OVER
THE LAKE FRIDAY.
