FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...Weak low pressure over southern lower Michigan will
weaken further as it moves across the eastern lakes on Tuesday.
Strong Arctic high pressure of 30.8 inches over the Plains will
move to the southeast U.S. Thursday as it weakens to 30.5 inches.
Low pressure of 29.5 inches will move across southern Hudson Bay
Tuesday night and into Quebec Wednesday. Stronger low pressure of
29.2 inches is expected to move across Manitoba Friday and Ontario
Friday night.
