SLOWLY EAST TO THE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY AND OHIO RIVER VALLEYS
THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK...WITH A CENTER WEAKENING TO 30.6
INCHES ACROSS THE TENNESSEE VALLEY BY EARLY SATURDAY. THE RIDGE
WILL DRIFT EAST ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES SATURDAY...BEFORE LOW
PRESSURE NEAR 29.9 INCHES DEVELOPS ACROSS THE PLAINS AND LIFTS
