FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...Expansive high pressure of 30.4 inches over the Ohio
Valley will move to the mid Atlantic Coast Tuesday and Wednesday
where it will remain through Friday. Meanwhile, low pressure of
29.4 inches will move across northern Manitoba this evening to
northern Quebec Tuesday night. A second, and much stronger low
averaging 28.8 inches will take a similar track across northern
Manitoba Wednesday to the Hudson Bay on Thursday.
