WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES OVER FAR SOUTHERN QUEBEC
WILL LIFT NORTHEAST THROUGH EASTERN QUEBEC THROUGH MONDAY
AFTERNOON WHILE DEEPENING TO 29.2 INCHES. MEANWHILE...A LARGE AREA
OF HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS WILL
QUICKLY MOVE EAST...WITH THE CENTER OF THE HIGH SLIDING JUST SOUTH
OF THE LAKE MONDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THE HIGH WILL THEN
SETTLE OVER THE OHIO VALLEY TO NEW ENGLAND...AND REMAIN OVER THE
NORTHEASTERN CONUS INTO NEXT WEEKEND. MEANWHILE...A TROUGH OF LOW
PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.9 INCHES WILL DEVELOP OVER THE FOOTHILLS OF
THE ROCKIES ON MONDAY...BUT WILL MAKE LITTLE OR NO EASTWARD
PROGRESS INTO NEXT WEEKEND.
