FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE MICHIGAN.

WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES IS CENTERED OVER THE
UPPER OHIO VALLEY...WITH RIDGING EXTENDING FROM QUEBEC THROUGH
THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.3 INCHES IS OVER
THE WESTERN DAKOTAS WITH AN ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT EXTENDING SOUTH
THROUGH THE FRONT RANGE OF THE ROCKIES. THE CENTER OF THE HIGH IS
EXPECTED TO MOVE OFF THE MID ATLANTIC COAST TUESDAY AFTERNOON
WHILE THE LOW TRACKS TO SOUTHERN MANITOBA WITH THE COLD FRONT
EXTENDING THROUGH THE EASTERN DAKOTAS TO WESTERN KANSAS. THE MAIN
LOW WILL SLOWLY LIFT INTO WESTERN ONTARIO BY WEDNESDAY AND THE
COLD FRONT MOVES TO THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY TO NEWLY
DEVELOPING LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS. AN
AXIS OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL REMAIN OVER THE SOUTHEASTERN STATES...
BLOCKING THE PROGRESSION OF THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF THE COLD
FRONT...BUT THE NORTHERN PORTION OF THE FRONT SHOULD FINALLY PUSH
ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN BY WEDNESDAY NIGHT OR THURSDAY.
