WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A LARGE AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES CENTERED
OVER WESTERN QUEBEC WILL MOVE EAST THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING. LOW
PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES DEVELOPING OVER THE SOUTHERN CANADIAN
ROCKIES WILL TRACK ACROSS THE SOUTHERN CANADIAN PRAIRIES ON FRIDAY
WHILE DRAGGING A COLD FRONT ACROSS THE NORTHERN PLAINS. ANOTHER
LOW OF 29.5 INCHES IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ON SATURDAY MORNING ALONG
THE FRONT...OVER LAKE SUPERIOR BASICALLY. THIS LOW WILL THEN LIFT
TO THE NORTHEAST ACROSS QUEBEC SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING
WHILE DRAGGING THE COLD FRONT ACROSS THE LAKE. HIGH PRESSURE OF
30.2 INCHES IS EXPECTED TO BUILD ACROSS THE CENTRAL PLAINS AND
WESTERN GREAT LAKES REGION SUNDAY AND THEN SPREAD INTO THE OHIO
VALLEY ON MONDAY.
