IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.8 INCHES OVER THE EASTERN GREAT
LAKES WILL CONTINUE TO NORTHERN NEW ENGLAND BY THURSDAY AND WEAKEN
AS IT PROGRESSES. MEANWHILE...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES WILL
BUILD ACROSS THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY TONIGHT AND TO THE MID
ATLANTIC COAST THURSDAY. LOW PRESSURE OF AROUND 29.7 INCHES WILL
GRADUALLY ORGANIZE ACROSS THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY BY FRIDAY
MORNING...AND MOVE NORTHWARD TO LAKE MICHIGAN BY FRIDAY NIGHT
WHILE WEAKENING. ANOTHER LOW PRESSURE OF AROUND 29.5 INCHES IS
FORECAST TO DEVELOP ACROSS THE CENTRAL PLAINS FRIDAY NIGHT AND
TRACK TO THE UPPER MIDWEST ON SUNDAY.
