WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.8 INCHES NEAR SOUTHERN LAKE
MICHIGAN WILL TRACK NORTHEAST ACROSS THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES THIS
MORNING...AND THEN WILL BEGIN TO SLOWLY FILL AS IT MOVES TO THE
EASTERN LAKES THROUGH THIS EVENING. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES
WILL THEN BUILD ACROSS THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY TONIGHT...AND TO
THE MID ATLANTIC COAST THURSDAY. LOW PRESSURE WILL GRADUALLY
ORGANIZE ACROSS THE PLAINS THURSDAY...EVENTUALLY MOVING INTO THE
OHIO VALLEY FRIDAY.
